"Meekness"...[kjv]
Meekness, or humility in today's language, is often a quality that is misunderstood by many. Our prime example of humility is to be seen in The Life of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ ; [Phil.2:5-10]. The opposite of this is PRIDE, which the Bible clearly tells us is the path to destruction ! There will always be people who consider themselves better than others ! But there are few who reverse this trend, as the Bible admonishes them to do ! Let us press on in our calling to be HIS Disciples by a voluntary humbling of ourselves.The Lord will exalt us in due time.
